Inconel Machining

An increasing number of Inconel material are used in oil field nowadays, the grade Inconel refers to a family of superalloys characterized by their high nickel content
and high-temperature corrosion resistance, which make them an ideal choice for
oilfield equipment like valves when working in extreme environments. And due to
the material’s high tensile strength and heat resistance, challenges during
machining such as notch wear, plastic deformation are faced depending on
different material grade and heat treatment state.

After long years of working and studying with Inconel, we understand its properties and how to compensate for its limitations in different machining progress. Through high cutting force tools and highly developed skills, we make sure it is done
correctly on a consistent, repeatable basis.
